No, at the moment we only ship within the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to health and safety reasons, opened perfumes and supplements cannot be returned.

Delivery within the USA typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. We also offer free shipping on qualifying orders — check our promotions for details.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel or update it. Please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we cover the return shipping. For other returns (like change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
